Gone In the Blink of An Eye - A Memorial to those Who Walk in Eternity

I want to take this time and honor those who have fallen on 9-11 back in 2001.  We are told that time heals all wounds but it really doesn't.  It makes them less sharp and raw but they remain in our hearts forever.  God bless those firefighters and first responders who rushed in to save those in need.  God bless the families that were torn apart in an instant.  Husbands and wives, children and parents.  The world changed that day.  It changed again yesterday with the killing of Charlie Kirk.  I didn't know him but I knew of him.  He was spoken of very highly as a man of true conviction, always honoring the word of God.  In the blink of an eye he is now not among us but with the Lord.  We walk around with the false notion that we have more time than we do.  Charlie was 31.  My own children are older than he.  It is important for us to make good use of the time God has granted us and to check our hearts against His word, always making sure that we are walking with Jesus.  Not one of those souls thought to themselves when they woke up that morning.  "I think today is going to be my last day on Earth".  None of us knows the moment that we go home.  Not one of us knows if we will go in the Rapture or God will call us home early.

Make the most of the time you have.  Love your family and friends, share the gospel with them.  It could your last day on earth, or it could be theirs.

God be with you all.   Jesus come soon!
