2026 ARE WE IN FOR A BUMPY RIDE?
Happy New Year, we're still here. I think most of us thought that 2025 would herald the return of our Lord to meet us in the air. At least that was our hope. Now we've turned the corner of another year and prophecy watchers are predicting that 2026 will be even bumpier than it's predecessor.
I recently read an interesting article by John Bellam on Pete Garcia's website (Reve310@substack.com). You should consider signing up for his updates, I find them an interesting read. Here is the article in it's entirety. I felt it was worthy to share.

The signs are aligning quickly!
With everything that was Biblically forecast seemingly here and only in need of perhaps some slight tweaks to slide all the pieces perfectly into the positions they were slotted for so long ago, God has set His stage to bring about the fulfillment of the age and usher in His Son’s glorious Kingdom on earth. But first, there must come the false kingdom of Antichrist known as “The Beast Kingdom!” That wicked kingdom reigns for only a short span of time during the nightmarish seven-year Tribulation period that all the current signs are pointing to. And for many reasons I will touch on here, 2026 feels like the year that the kickoff to that terrible seven-year period …will begin.
There isn’t a lot new here, but this is basically a summary of my observations of the key items that tell me 2026 may be the year Prophesy watchers have been looking for to bring all the signs together and perhaps see the return of Jesus for His Church. This is not a prediction but just a list of unfolding events that seem to scream, “The Time Is Here!” We will see how it plays out over the next 12 months!
My top ten Prophesy observations for 2026!
Antisemitism is Running Rampant!
It isn’t even being hidden now. It is everywhere. It is local. It is global. It is in the universities. It is in the Halls of Congress and on the streets of American Cities. Scarier yet is that many who are being voted into office in our land and across the world hold to an ideology of hatred for the Jews. One by one, the attitude of Nazi Germany is spreading to all the nations of the world, and the attitudes about Israel and her place in the world are evolving into a vicious resentment. How much longer can she survive?
What’s even more startling is that the Church, which was once firmly in Israel’s corner, is now filled with Kingdom now deniers who believe the current Jews are not true Jews and that the Church has replaced Israel in God’s blessings. That is not a tiny fragment of Church opinion. That is not a growing minor Church opinion. It now appears to be the majority of the Church who are abandoning Israel, and with the Salt and light of the Earth becoming unfit to do their job and understand truth, how much longer before the evil spiritual forces behind the venomous hatred for Israel convince the world it is time to annihilate God’s people forever?
It is as if God’s people are once again being backed up to the Red Sea, and the only One who will be able to save her from total destruction is the one who is about to return and rule the world. When we see Israel completely backed into the corner with no earthly escape, we know Her True Messiah is right at the door!
Deception is Now Reality!
When the disciples asked Jesus in Matthew 24 what would be the sign of His return, He gave a detailed list of them. And the very first sign He mentioned was deception. It would be rampant at the end of the age, and Paul reiterates this in 2 Thessalonians 2 when describing the coming of the Antichrist :
“And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming. The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie, and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.” 2 Thess 2:8-12
Deception is now everywhere, and reality is being completely obscured by a world intent on clouding the clarity of reality with a bombardment of lies, false narratives, fakes, misinformation, and re-education as history is being rewritten and God’s Truth is being trampled underfoot.
Whether we are talking about Israel’s right to the land God gave them, or about the legitimacy of a video we see on Facebook, or whether there ever was a moon landing, it seems truth is no longer considered certain, and the governments and media seem bent on keeping humanity in the dark about what is real and what is fake.
With the advancements in artificial intelligence programs, videos can now be made appearing to show a movie star or politician, or famous sports figure, saying and doing things they never really said or did. Nothing on Social Media can be truly trusted because what we are seeing is quite often not something that ever truly happened. And if we can’t be sure that what we see is real, it will even raise questions when we see something that is real, wondering if it is false. Reality is being muddied up to the point where the possibility of deception is everywhere, making for an unstable world we can have no confidence in whatsoever.
The possibility of visitors from other worlds (UFOs) is becoming a more plausible reality to Earth’s inhabitants due to strange space activity and unexplained lights and phenomena in the sky. Christian observers know these potential visitors are not alien life but demonic activity, but an ever-widening population of “follow the science” types always choose to discount Biblical answers that give clarity instead choosing to believe scientific theories they think can explain away God’s truth. Thus, more confusion and fear for a world in disarray.
All the uncertainty is exactly what Satan wants because as reality is clouded, we cannot be sure of anything, and that opens the door to the Prince of the Air to let his lies flourish.
Timeline now Lines Up Perfectly!
We are sitting in a short period of time where everything Biblically lines up with 2026 being perhaps the most likely year for the Rapture of the Church? How so? Literally in every way!
God designed the days of the week as a pattern of millennial history. The 7th day, the Jewish Sabbath, is the day of rest dedicated to the Lord. The seventh Millennium is a millennium of rest for humanity and creation. Jesus returns and rules the world for that 7th Millennium and brings peace and rest to the planet as God with us. This 7th millennium is soon upon us.
In addition to the 7th millennium, 2033 will likely mark the 2000th anniversary of the death of our Lord on the Cross. And we know the prophecy of Amos:
“After two days he will revive us;
on the third day he will restore us,
that we may live in his presence.Let us acknowledge the Lord;
let us press on to acknowledge him.
As surely as the sun rises,
he will appear;
he will come to us like the winter rains,
like the spring rains that water the earth.”Amos 6:2-3
Two days are about up. In less than eight years, the third day (third Millennium since Jesus’ ascension) will begin, and Jesus Christ will restore humanity and the earth as He rules during that Millennium. Just as He arose from the grave on the Third Day to redeem our souls, He will return on that third day (A.D. Millennium) to restore the planet.
We know this scale is accurate because to the Lord, a day is like 1000 years :
“But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing: that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.” 2 Peter 3:8
We know that the time of Jacob’s Trouble will complete what we know as the 70 Weeks of Daniel's prophecy, which has one period of seven years left to finish human history before Christ returns to reign. The rapture must occur before this seven-year period commences.
We know the world elites have been preparing and clamoring for 2030 to be the key year for implementing global government. Infrastructure has been moving into place with that goal in mind since the Obama years, and the advance of technology is making that a strong possibility now.
We know the Bible says the Rapture will happen at the “last Trump,” and we have now had two separate Donald Trump Presidencies, and we are currently in the “ Last Trump” years as president.
If we are to have a global government arrive by 2030, it eerily resembles the Antichrist’s government we see emerge in Revelation 13 at the midpoint of the Tribulation. And if that 2030 target is the midpoint, then the beginning of the Tribulation would have to happen soon. I would say within the next year. And the Rapture must occur first.
We know the world is obsessed right now with forcing a false peace on Israel, and soon a “Covenant with Death” will be accepted by Israel and the Many nations as Isaiah and Daniel warned us about. Even now, President Trump and other world leaders seem fixated with this notion, and when the framework of the deal is formed, the Antichrist will be one of the signatories to it.
We know one of the great disasters in the middle of the Tribulation is the Asteroid that will hit the earth and poison the waters of the planet. It just so happens that in 2029, there is a potential collision between Earth and Apophis (Asteroid 99924) in April 2029.
All the timelines seem to be aligned to make 2033 a special year to anticipate the Lord’s return, and so 2026 is perhaps the most logical and readily prepared year the signs have been pointing to for the kickoff of the big finish of human governmental history. If the Rapture isn’t this year … things begin to lose clarity quickly.
The end of clarity is coming!
With the signs aligned and the divine timeline now set up so perfectly, it appears the return of our Lord is growing more and more imminent by the day. But if we slip past the implications these signs seem to point to and move beyond the timeline’s clarity to the other side of it with the Lord still not having come for us, then cloudiness will set in, and we will be unsure of many things as far as our calculation of timing is concerned. Oh, the Lord’s plans will still be exactly perfect and His time to return will still be right on schedule but our ability to figure out exactly where we are end-time-wise will have to be totally recalibrated.
The one certain timeline that has been in play since Daniel received his 70 weeks revelation, was that 483 years transpired from Persian king Artaxerxes’ proclamation to rebuild Jerusalem (Nehemiah 2) until Jesus rode into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday in 33 AD, fulfilled that to the day (Luke 19:42). That said, there remains the final seven years of that particular prophecy still awaiting fulfillment sometime in the near future to begin that final seven years commonly called, the Tribulation, but also known as “The Time of Jacob’s Trouble.”
Even if all else becomes muddied and unclear due to our faulty expectations or misguided assumptions, the timeline of God is working perfectly, and we are somewhere in between those two spans of time (first 483 years and final 7), and both of the time spans were destined to culminate in the coming of Jesus Christ!
But if that is all God wanted us to be aware of, He would not have given us all the other signs and the nuggets of understanding He hid in His Word, desiring that inquisitive men would search out His meanings and seek illumination on exactly what the Lord’s plans are and what we should expect.
“Surely the Lord God will do nothing, unless He revealeth His secret unto His servants the prophets.” Amos 3:7
At the moment, the signs are coming clearly into focus like a pair of binoculars that at one point were out of focus while we adjusted the lenses. We could not see how all the signs could be possible or even what they all meant, but the advancements in technology and the geopolitical alignments have been moving rapidly, and we can now adjust the lenses to have clarity in the binoculars. Everything appears to be aligned! But if we keep moving the lenses beyond the point of clarity, they will once again become out of focus on the other side of our clear vision point. That is what may happen if we move past 2026 if the Lord still chooses to tarry.
If we move past 2026 and have not been raptured, then we will know that the 2000th anniversary of the Lord’s death in 2033 can not be the end date of the tribulation because there will be seven years in the devastating time of trouble, and it will at least move into 2034. That is, unless somehow the Rapture does not occur before the Tribulation begins, which doesn’t seem feasible. The Jubilees and 7-day/ Seventh Millennium timelines will not align accurately. Everything will get hazy, and clarity will once again become muddied. Signs are for a reason! They are to give us clear directions to a destination. If the signs are not clear, confusion reigns. And God is not the author of confusion.
“For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.” 1 Cor 14:33
Second Trump term is not what MAGA had hoped it would be!
Something seems off!
The first Donald Trump term as President seemed full of energy and Patriotic fervor. despite all the venom and hatred from the swamp. The hope on the political right was that America would finally get its act together and start righting the wrongs that had eroded our nation through 30-plus years of typical Washington politics with its big talk and little action. The economic upturn and MAGA efforts seemed to be fixing a lot of the country right up until Covid hit, and even two impeachment trials couldn’t quell the growing conservative confidence in America’s return to greatness!
But the second term feels completely different!
America’s economy is dragging along, prices on everything are too high, and most families are having trouble affording groceries and the cost of day-to-day living. Our national infrastructure, which seemed such a big priority for Trump’s first presidency, seems to be getting ignored for the most part now, while the administration’s focus is abroad and on global politics rather than national ones. The obsession with the Middle East coalitions and the fixation on global trade get plenty of headlines, but they don’t seem to be doing much to help the domestic situations in our nation. And it almost seems as if Trump is just paying lip service to America now while his attention is all on global affairs.
We know the Beast system is being built, and the disassembling of the old world order has been in the process for quite some time. It seems most of the dismantling of the old has been accomplished by the left, but the great input and creation of new infrastructure for the new Beast kingdom will need the ingenuity and capitalistic creativity of the right.
The left has sought socialist ideas and woke ideologies that never build up or allow creative growth. Those policies only destroy and tear down, and drive society into bankruptcy. They divide and ruin. This is precisely why the left has been the overseer of the destruction of the old world order. But the advancements needed for the Antichrist kingdom will require the AI capabilities, unified global digital economy, and complete surveillance potential that only brilliant and creative industrial competition could competitively race to acquire. This is perhaps a big reason why Donald Trump fits into God’s final plans. And there is one more reason President Trump may have been allowed into office at this late hour.
The Beast kingdom needs A Deal Maker! And Donald Trump considers himself the BEST!
The Middle East is Being Manipulated!
It is as if the minds of U.S. presidents always migrate to the Middle East with a rabid fixation on securing peace and establishing their legacy as the greatest peacemaker the world has ever seen. Why is that?
Simply put, the Middle East is an eternal puzzle populated with irreconcilable pieces that are impossible to fit together. The man who can figure out the conundrum and bring peace there will truly be a man for the ages!
Jimmy Carter set a bad precedent with his Middle East Peace push which eventually helped legitimize the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) as a negotiating partner. His policies caused the disastrous Iranian Hostage Crisis, and his push to establish an Israeli/Egyptian peace treaty eventually led to the assassination of Egyptian President Anwar Sadat!
Bill Clinton pushed for the signing of the Oslo Accords between the Palestinians and Israel, even though PLO leader Yasser Arafat never kept one promise he agreed to abide by. George Bush and Barack Obama both continued to hamstring Israel with bad deals and land concessions while trusting a people called Palestine to honor commitments when the only thing they are truly committed to is destroying Israel from the face of the earth. Obama went so far as to pay billions of dollars to Iran to domesticate their nuclear program, and the money helped fuel a litany of lethal attacks Iran orchestrated against Israel and pushed the world closer to the brink of all-out nuclear war.
And now comes Donald Trump, and certainly if anyone was ever qualified to move the right parts in the Middle East in order to secure a lasting deal and stabilize the area, the great negotiator, Trump, is the right man. The only problem is that no man can do it! It is impossible for human beings. Only the Prince of Peace can bring Israel true peace and stabilize the region, and before Jesus returns, the Antichrist will secure a false peace with Israel known in scripture as “A Covenant with Death!” All these Presidents are doing, with their noble intentions to bring lasting peace to that tumultuous area, is bringing Israel closer to that deadly covenant!
When it comes to Israel and the Middle East, Trump is a mixed bag. Overall, he has been a strong supporter of Israel in his two presidencies. His recognition of Jerusalem as the eternal capital of Israel made a huge statement of his allegiance to the Jewish state during his first term in office. His assistance in the Iran strikes also appeared to be a strong show of support. But many of his recent moves have shown Trump’s propensity to recognize and strongly support an ally until he disagrees with that friend on an issue, and when the disagreement comes, he can turn and move off the relationship quickly. While Trump has not abandoned Israel over the ongoing Hamas attacks and continual war, his actions have been anything but a favor to Israel in many ways.
His Abrahamic Accords have become his obsession over friendship with Bibi Netanyahu and his unwavering support for the Jewish nation. He wants to gain the unprecedented notoriety of finally being the world leader to bring lasting peace to the Middle East as the coup-de-gras of all his negotiating triumphs. Each agreement of normalization between Israel and another Arab country just helps create a framework of working relationships that Trump hopes will eventually span the far reaches of every country in the Middle East, and when they all reach a normalization with Israel, it will allow a final peace that will do what no agreement has ever been able to do before. Israel’s adamant stance to never compromise their own safety and be sovereign over its decisions is becoming a stumbling block to Trump’s plans, so Jacob is becoming just another pawn Trump has to keep in line to make his plans come to fruition. And his allegiances seem to be shifting somewhat to bigger fish in the Middle East that he feels will side with him.
This obsession of Trump’s is also being affected by the fact that the Churches in our world, and especially our own country, have become so deluded by Replacement Theology that they have forgotten Israel’s role in God’s economy and have attempted to usurp the Lord’s blessings for Israel for themselves. Because they have abandoned the fact that Israel had to be restored so Jesus can come back and take His throne in Jerusalem, they choose to side with the world and are backing Israel into an Antisemitic corner. The Abraham Accords will eventually lead to the “Covenant with Death,” which the Antichrist will use to try to destroy them.
Trump seems to be blind with a lust for fame and praise, and his own pride and faulty eschatology, along with his deal-making ability, may be the final puzzle pieces needed to set the stage for the Tribulation!
AI Is Taking Over Everything Quickly!
It is everywhere…and growing fast! Every advertisement seems to be featuring an AI system to better your life and make every aspect of your existence easier. Your appliances are filled with smart technology to make diagnosing problems quicker and getting repairs done more efficiently. There are AI pets to comfort you and make for a clean and easy-to-care-for family animal. There are systems to enhance your business and help you organize and prospect for clients quickly and in greater volume than ever before. And dare we not forget that Chat GPT and its competitors have the answers to seemingly everything and can be our source of knowledge to replace our attorney, accountant, and doctor! Maybe even … your pastor!
But this is just the tip of the iceberg. As corporate giants in every industry race to be the first to fully utilize the capabilities of AI to dominate their respective fields, something tragically is being forgotten … human jobs! Artificial intelligence could soon make perhaps 50-75% of the workforce expendable as problem handling is all turned over to computer systems and taken out of the hands of living, breathing people. Jobs like accountants, appraisers, even musicians and entertainers are being systematically replaced by AI robots. And we are early in the game. If AI in its infancy is already growing into a monster, what kind of Beast will it be when it is fully mature?
Governments understand the impact of this. They want to win the race for the ultimate AI system that can give them the leg up on everyone when it comes to military capabilities and economic power. As Vladimir Putin once said, “whoever wins the AI race will control the world!” Scientists and tech geeks are hailing it as the new god of humanity because it will be all-knowing and can control everything across the globe. And whoever wins the sprint to bring this new deity to life (or sentience) will be able to rewrite the codes of all other systems and will truly be in control of humanity. Frightening!
When Trump took office the second time, he made it a priority to lift restrictions on the potential growth and development of this new technology and others as a way to let tech giants move America further ahead in this global battle for control. And now, as we approach 2026, even small children all considering AI to be their greatest source of knowledge and truth. Its development is about to change the world rapidly.
The invention of the steam engine revolutionized the world. The harnessing of electricity changed the world. The building of the first automobile changed travel. The creation of airplanes instantly made the world smaller. The atomic bomb changed the balance of power instantly. The smartphone changed culture forever. And now … AI will change it again, only more rapidly and dangerously than anything before.
The result of all of this will likely be an evil system set up as a god in a coming rebuilt Temple in Jerusalem that Jesus warned about:
THE IMAGE
“And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived. He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed. He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666. Rev 13:14-18
THE PLACE
“When you see the abomination of desolation standing where it should not be” (let the reader understand), “then those in Judea must flee to the mountains.” Mark 13:14
We know the place the Lord is talking about because Daniel warned of the same thing:
“He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’In the middle of the ‘seven’ he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him.” Daniel 9:27
Dollar Is On Life Support!
They have stopped printing Pennies!
“Big Deal!” You may say. Small change is just a nuisance anyway, and with most of society using a cashless purchase option, change is a hindrance we are better off without. Well, here is the problem. Any structure needs a foundation. A building needs a strong foundation to build upon. Even the most beautiful seaside resorts or metropolis high rises start with a strong foundation. So what is the foundation of the American economy? No, it’s not the dollar. We always hear that the dollar is the cornerstone of the world economy, but truthfully, it’s not the dollar … it’s the penny.
“Take care of your pennies and the dollars will take care of themselves !” -Ben Franklin
The smallest increment of the American economic exchange is the penny, and everything is based on the penny as the smallest measure. The value of our nickel, dime, quarter, fifty-cent piece, and silver dollar is simply the value of a certain number of pennies. The dollar is simply one hundred pennies. How can we have a system based on a certain number of something if that something no longer exists? What if we were to eliminate dollar bills and have a five-dollar bill as our smallest paper currency? What would a five-dollar bill be worth if there were no such thing as dollars? Five times nothing is …?
In a sense, when the economic wizards figure out they have taken the penny out of circulation and now have no true value for a quarter or a dollar or a million dollars, they will someday demand a system that makes sense and not one that bases its entire value system on a number of coins that no longer exist!
And consider this. Recently, our local Walmart stopped giving pennies for change at cash purchases. They just round up and give nickels. So if they own $3.62 change back to a customer, they give back $3.65 instead. Two or three cents on a transaction doesn’t seem like much, but I did some calculating.
Our local Walmart, which is in a small town, does about 3,000 transactions a day. There are 10,700 Walmart stores worldwide. Most of them do more business than our small local Walmart, but if we just use 3,000 transactions as an average day for all Walmarts, that would be 10,700 X 3000 = 32,100,000 transactions a day throughout all the Walmarts. If all of those transactions rounded up and cost Walmart an average of 2 cents profit per transaction, that would be 32,100,000 X .02 cents = $642,000 a day lost. Multiply that times 365 days a year, and just by losing 2 cents profit in each transaction by not using pennies…Walmart would lose $234,330,000 of profit a year.
Now we know more transactions are done with cards than cash and we also don’t know how small increments are being handled in other countries so the number may be inflated but if even $5,000,000 a year is lost because of the accounting issue of stopping penny production, eventually big companies are going to demand an accurate accounting system and not be willing to lose millions because of a glitch in the system of having no pennies. No monetary system can function when the smallest increment of measure on which all other increments are based goes away. Accurate accounting becomes impossible. Rounding up or down is unfair to one side or the other, and nothing can be figured accurately if the exact amount is not possible because the proper coins to make it possible don’t exist. Tax dollars will be a nightmare accounting problem. Digital currency could fix the accuracy problem and will be demanded by the big international corporations soon to restore profits.
This elimination of the penny is the beginning of the downfall, but there is more happening to crash the dollar … much more!
We have seen with BRICS that there are powerful nations of the world that desperately want to move off the American dollar as the world’s reserve currency. We have seen the value of Gold and Silver skyrocketing as people are losing faith in all the world’s fiat currencies and are unsure of what is coming, so they are grasping for something stable. We have seen irresponsible governmental leaders spending their own national economies into oblivion as if they were using Monopoly money with no limits.
It’s as if everyone knows the end of the current world order and the economic free fall that is occurring everywhere will soon be completely reset, so they are not worried about running their national debts to the moon! And America is leading the way rapidly!
If a man is on the verge of filing bankruptcy and is buried in debt to the point of hopelessness, and he knows he will file bankruptcy in the next week, would he not spend his credit cards all to the limit before doing so? If he is going to seek asylum from his debt, will he not run his debt to its maximum point and squeeze every dime of available currency before hitting the reset? That appears to be what the world is doing, and America seems intent on giving every cent of the nation’s future wealth away as fast as possible, assuring that there is no turning back and we will be forced into whatever the next world economy offers as the solution.
Because we know the end result of piling up irreversible debt will be crashing each national economy and ending the world’s dependence on the American dollar, we also know that the global solution for dealing with the economic disaster will be a new global currency. Sure enough, even as the nations are spending themselves into the economic abyss, they are also all in a race to create a digital currency that can completely control the access for citizens to buy and sell, and also make it capable of integrating with other national digital currencies, so a new global currency can be born.
It is obvious that the American dollar is being kept alive artificially, as are all the individual national economies, but the plan to transition to something new is in the works. As Americans continue to experience rising grocery costs and see their dollars shrink in purchasing power, nothing seems to be getting done to ease the pressure on families. That too is likely well planned, so the job of convincing Americans to leave the safety of their former cash system and agree to a whole new digital economy will be far more appealing if it lowers their current financial stress!
The Church Is Out Like A Light!
Just when the world needs the faithful Church to be a voice of warning that there is about to be a horrible conclusion to the current age and that time to avoid the Tribulation is running out … there is a deafening silence!
There are pockets of believers who are watchers of the signs, and thanks to the social media platforms, they have a small voice proclaiming truth as the time is running out, but for the most part, the pulpits remain mute about the lateness of the hour.
Perhaps the most damning aspect of the Church not sounding the alarm to awaken a lost world is that many of the most vocal Christian leaders are galvanizing the masses against Israel instead of blessing Israel as God told us to do. This is because their eschatology is wrong and they adhere to a Replacement Theology that claims the blessings of Israel for the Church, and they wrongly inform their congregations that the current Israel isn’t really Israel.
They ignore Ezekiel 37, which foretold the exact situation we see today with Israel back in her land after two thousand years, while they spiritually are still not filled with God’s truth because they have not yet believed in their Messiah, Jesus! And this is exactly the situation that brings us to the final seven years known as “The Time Of Jacob’s Trouble,” where only the return of Christ and Israel’s recognition of Him as Lord will provide the salvation of the Jewish nation from certain destruction!
Christian leaders are dividing MAGA, dividing the Republican Party, and destroying strong historical conservative and evangelical support for the Jews, so rather than sounding an alarm that the Rapture and Jesus’ second coming are right at the doorstep, the loudest Christian voices are calling for the very thing that will bring forth the Antichrist. The call to abandon God’s chosen people!
Everyone Seems To Be Looking The Other Way!
I remember the fervor in the 1970s after Hal Lindsey’s “Late Great Planet Earth” hit the bookshelves and the Church embraced his summary of prophetic “End Of The Age” fulfillments with much excitement. They couldn’t wait to watch events unfold and see the coming of the Lord in their lifetime. Alas, it was a ways off, and the excitement eventually cooled.
When Israel approached its 40th anniversary as a reborn nation in 1988, the zeal flared up again, but without Christ’s return, it quickly died down amidst a series of false date-setting letdowns for watchers.
The “Left Behind” books came next and were also quickly embraced in Churches hungry for the Lord’s return. Bible studies and movies were spawned to delve deeper into the Rapture’s imminence. With society devolving lower into a quagmire of evil and signs popping up indicating the end was approaching, the anticipation again began building but eventually, the imminent return of Jesus became old news in the Christian circles and the Seeker Sensitive movement began to move the organized Church away from all things eschatological as less controversial and more easily digested sermons were prepared for the shallow spirituality of the congregants. Feel-good messages took less time to prepare and were guaranteed to keep the pews filled. As long as the coffee and doughnuts didn’t run out.
But back then, we were still at least a generation away from the Lord’s return. And the signs we see now daily dwarf anything the watching Church looked so eagerly for back then. And now, with everything right here at the door and the end-time pieces so neatly aligned by God are in full view so we can see the coming day approaching … no one seems to be paying any attention.
The Church itself has lost sight of the nearness of the hour and ignored the command to watch! Replacement theology has overtaken the majority of congregations, and a quarter century of dumbing down and shallowness and heresies through movements like seeker-sensitive and woke Church have left a body of believers ill-equipped to even know what the signs of Christ’s coming are, let alone see them unfolding at warp speed.
Add to that the recent infatuation with UFO appearances and the AI programs capable of twisting reality to cause utter deception as they remake the world with no absolute truth, and we are truly living in an age that makes everyone unsure of anything …so they prefer to stick their head in the sand and ignore the rapid change that is taking place!
College students have no idea if any of their studies will be rewarded with a job after college is complete. What jobs will still be needed after AI overtakes the workforce? But still they keep on spending hundreds of thousands of dollars for a potentially worthless degree. Workers have no idea if the money they are trying to save will even have value in a few years. But they keep pouring their dollars into retirement accounts that may be worthless soon.
Stability is gone. No one has any idea what the world will look like in 5 years, let alone in 50. So we keep our nose to the grindstone with blinders on, with no idea what the future will hold. Moving aimlessly into an uncertain future, holding on to the past as if it is going to somehow continue as it always has. While all the signs say otherwise!
Maybe this is how the last days were always meant to look. We assumed things would be just like normal when Jesus breaks into time to rapture His people. But doesn’t it make more sense that the Rapture will be at a time of so much uncertainty that it will be explained as yet another deception foisted on the earth by some scientific program or Alien invasion?
Is it just complacency? Fear? Ignorance? Or are we entering the time of “Great Delusion,” spoken of in 2 Thessalonians 2:11?
“And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie.”
CONCLUSION
In and of themselves, none of these observations indicate anything except the nearness of the Tribulation hour, which we have seen moving closer into view for quite some time. In fact, since 1948, when Israel was reborn, and the countdown clock started ticking, everything has been moving toward the end.
But all points seem to be intersecting this coming year in 2026, and when taking the historic timeline into account along with the other observations, it becomes startlingly clear that 2026 may be the pivotal year to witness our Lord’s return in the air for His Church and to begin the wind down of the final 7 years, culminating in 2033 with the second coming.
Certainly God’s timing is perfect, so if the Lord does not return to take His Bride home in 26’, things will still be right on schedule and only our days and years calculations will have to be revised. But with everything pointing to global government by 2030, infrastructure for the Beast kingdom rapidly coming together, and all the control elements of digital currency quickly becoming a necessity in a world drowning in economic debt, the signs seem to say a delay is not likely.
Most importantly, Israel is the focus of the whole world, and a forced peace in the Middle East seems like it is inevitable with Antisemitism growing and world leaders becoming fixated on the burdensome stone known as Jerusalem.
“And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.” Zechariah 12:3
There is a reason that the tribulation is 7 years long, but the reign of the Beast kingdom is only 3.5 years. It is because once the Rapture takes place and the Peace agreement with Israel happens, the world will need the first 3.5 years to finish the infrastructure and get the final pieces in place for Antichrist to take total control. 2030 is less than four years away, and it’s a year the globalists are desperately pointing toward to finalize their utopia. Time is running out. 2026 is the last year to finish the Church age and still fit everything into the Elite’s plans for world dominance in 2030. If we are still here next year, then 2030 is not going to be the year they think it is. If we are not here, then Heaven help those who are left behind!
